Refund and Returns Policy

1) It is possible to exercise the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product in the event that the goods received differ substantially from those published on our website or on our social channels.

2) Once we receive the returned product, we will check the product and in case a defect is found, a cash refund will not be made but the product will be exchanged. The customer will have the opportunity to choose a new product, he will not be able to take advantage of the current promo but only the discount received at the time of purchase.
 
3) The item must not be used by the customer.

4) The product must be returned to the seller as it was received and in the original packaging (with any pillow box, velvet/organza bags, etc…), as well as with the receipt.
 
5) In the event that at the time of delivery the package is damaged externally or internally, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the products inside and contact our customer service no later than 12 hours after receiving the package .

6) To exercise the right to exchange it is necessary to send an explicit communication via email: droseraonline@gmail.com

7) Please return the purchased products to the address indicated to you by the Drosera Online customer service who will contact you once they have received your communication regarding the return of the product.

8) Once the package arrives at the office, we will check that all the conditions indicated above have been respected and the entire procedure will be completed within 15 working days.
